Katie Guerrero’s background as a PR Director at Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch, has given her extensive experience investing in people—developing teams, mentoring employees, and supporting families through difficult situations. Her strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to build authentic relationships inform every part of her work in real estate.
Prior to real estate, Katie and her husband owned a residential concrete flatwork company where she handled client communication, financial oversight, and the many moving parts that come with running a trades-based company. This blend of operational experience and people-centered leadership gives her a unique perspective on serving homeowners, residents, and partners with excellence.
At the heart of her work is a belief that everyone deserves a second chance and renewed hope during challenging seasons. Katie brings honesty, clarity, and compassion to every investment—building solutions that serve both people and communities.
Steffin Guerrero
Co-Founder
Steffin Guerrero brings a hands-on blend of leadership, craftsmanship, and integrity to the world of real estate investing. Before entering real estate, he and his wife owned and operated a successful residential concrete flatwork company where he worked boots-on-the-ground every day—leading teams, managing job sites, and meeting with homeowners to bring their ideas to life. He made it a priority to listen well, understand each family’s vision, and craft solutions that fit their needs.
Known for his honesty, hard work, and commitment to doing things the right way, Steffin doesn’t cuts corners and always puts quality first. He enjoys walking clients through the design process, solving unique layout challenges, and making sure every detail from planning to completion is handled with transparency and excellence.
As a leader, he is passionate about teaching others hands-on skills and helping them step into their potential. His field experience uniquely equips him to manage details, identify innovative solutions, and oversee real estate projects with precision, creativity, and care.
